Metody identifikace rostlinných virů - historie a současnost
Kretková, Kateřina
This work deals with a general summary of methods for identification of plant viruses. The first part introduces the issue of plant viruses, sumarizes the historical discoveries and explains taxonomy. The second part focuses on the methods of virus detection. The work mentions the characteristic symptoms of viral infection, which may not lead directly to the identification of the pathogen. For the precise identification of the virus we use methods physical, serological and molecular. In the future, we can assume the development of molecular technologies along with a decrease in claims to expertise by constructing a detector, which evaluates the data obtained independently of the human factor.
